Delatite Winery
Delatite is a family-owned winery located in North-East Victoria at the base of Mt Buller. The wine is made using biodynamic principles, producing wine as naturally as possible. Grapes are all handpicked, no fining agents are added and 'wild' yeasts naturally found in the vineyard are used for fermentation. This creates an amazing synergy and harmony among all their wines.
Eastford Creek Vineyard
The vineyard was originally a project to diversify the family farm in Sassafras, utilising steep, rocky or boggy ground which was otherwise unusable for conventional agriculture. The farm itself has a focus on conservation with large parts being ‘rewilded’ to provide habitats for native species. As for the vineyard itself, the grapes are tended sustainably, with minimal intervention and predominant use of only organic sprays and additions.
Aristotelis ke Anthoula
Having migrated from rural Greece in the early 80s, Aristotelis and Anthoula started making their own wine in a garage in the beachside suburbs of Sydney. Over the years, the number of barrels and amphorae has grown, the press is a little bigger, but not a lot else has changed. The lo-fi approach to wine has been retained, and it is evident in the wines themselves – a slice of the village in every bottle.
Das Juice
Made with maximum good-drinking in mind, all of the wines are sourced from some of the best organic and biodynamic vineyards around South Australia as well as a special wine made in Beaujolais. The wines are made with no adjustments, no fining nor filtration - a small amount of sulphur at bottling being the only addition. Das Juice choose not to disturb the wines during their ageing, preferring to respect the grapes that the season provides each year. Nothing added, nothing taken away.

Instead, Wonki focuses on using the amazing produce we have right here on our doorstep when it’s in season.
