Much like Nan’s living room, pasta sauce hasn’t changed much since the 80’s. It’s become stale, uninspired, with the same old aesthetics, lacking any unique flavors and all wrapped up in boring plastic with stories about the old country. And that’s fine. But it’s not for us.
